Unopened and unused products can be returned within seven days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return:
1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2) It must be in the original packaging.
3) Return must be claimed within seven days of order delivery, as confirmed by tracking number.
4) Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unless damaged, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
5) Unless the item arrived damaged, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Refunds on Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Upon refund approval, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-10 business days.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unless damaged, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The buyer is responsible for paying their return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returned items will be deducted from the refund total.
If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
